wine glasses and carafe, Dutch oven, casserole and serving dishes, a stocked pantry with spices, oils, and other cooking necessities. Just outside the kitchen door is a built-in Turbo Stainless Steel gas barbeque with a side burner for your grilling pleasure.
Open to the Kitchen and Great Room sitting area, the Dining Room features a beautiful large dining table and chairs (seats 10), with vaulted ceiling, custom lighting, lovely ceramic tile floors, and with vineyard and pastoral views. Additional amenities include charming and colorful placemats, tablecloths, napkins, napkin rings, and coasters, which all coordinate with the dishware, for ‘entertaining in style’.

The sitting area/home office alcove is furnished with a work desk and chair and lamp, high speed internet and WiFi , an HP laserjet printer, a Roman shaded window and a full size sleeper sofa.
This very private, beautifully appointed bathroom provides 2 custom sinks, special lighting and mirrors, and a beautiful tub/shower combo, blow dryer, and luxurious Baudelaire soaps and assorted toiletries for our guests’ enjoyment. Roomy and open, with creamy, ceramic tile floors and a half curtained window creates a bright and airy environment.
Climb the ‘Stairway to Heaven’ to reach the upstairs walkway, with 3 bedrooms, a dressing room and a sumptuous bathroom. The 4 large skylight windows and high architectural windows over the walkway allow for a beautiful interplay of light and shadow as the sun moves across the sky. The perspective from the top of the banister is particularly delightful.

Amid 3 lush acres of old zinfandel vines, the Villa also features a young olive grove,
beautifully landscaped grounds and ample outside seating areas for dining and relaxing. Dining alfresco (for 12) on the arbor covered patio with home cooked barbeque and gazing at the vineyard is a guest favorite.
